Joel studied painting at the University of the West of England, University College Falmouth in Cornwall and Art History at the University of Bristol. He has held positions at Hauser and Wirth Gallery, White Cube London and Science Uk Ltd - the company of artist Damien Hirst. He has also lead large scale film projects in South Africa and worked with arts institutions in Japan. He worked in operations for ISG Live and LVMH and has project managed numerous complex arts based projects.

Joel has worked with artists, museums and galleries all over the world to help deliver exciting, innovative and inspiring arts installations.
